Ordering
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order after it has been made, simply e-mail
us at sales@mindmodulations.com as
soon as you can. Please include ordering information for the order
you'd like to cancel to insure accuracy.
Revising Shipping & Billing
If you have completed an order and wish to change your
shipping or billing information, please e-mail us at sales@mindmodulations.com as
soon as you can after placing your order. Please supply us with the
new information within the e-mail. We will credit your account if your
order has already been processed.
Adding Items to Your Order
If you have already completed an order and wish to add
an additional item to your order, simply e-mail us at sales@mindmodulations.com with
the changes. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for
items added to your order.

Shipping Options
Standard orders are shipped using the US Postal Service. If you would
like to you an alternative shipping company to ship your order, please
e-mail us at sales@mindmodulations.com with
your request. We have a flat rate shipping fee for each order.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Your order should be
processed within 24 hours after ordering. Priority mail has an average
ship time of 2-3 days. Express mail has an average ship time of 1-2
days. Items ordered on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
International Shipping Rates
The average shipping time for International orders is around 10-14
days. This is the time that it takes to your Country. All Countries
have different policies and wait times for customs and we are not responsible
for delays, lost items, or damaged items by your country's postal service
or customs office. If your country is not listed,
please e-mail sales@mindmodulations.com for
shipping costs.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office for further
information if you are concerned about extra fees. Additionally, when
ordering from Mind Modulations, you are considered the importer of
record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it
to us for any reason during this period.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us
at sales@mindmodulations.com for instructions. All items returned must
be exactly in the condition that you received them with all packaging
in place. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order included free priority shipping, your account will be credited the total amount minus the cost of shipping the item to you.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards and Electronic Checks
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit and debit cards. If you are paying
with a debit card, simply enter it as a normal credit card. You can
safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server,
which encrypts all submitted information. When you place an order with
us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your
credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or
stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. Your card
will not be charged immediately after ordering - it is usually done
within 24 hours after your order has been placed.
Checks & Money Orders
To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase
your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted, simply
check the box market "Pay by Money Order", or "Pay by Check" and click
continue. Once you have completed your order, you will be given an

also accept International cheques and International money orders sent
